For Sprint 3 in my HCI course, we have the theme of 'Designing for Tension'. The task is to build a chatbot that guides users through an interaction that might cause some form of tension or conflict.
Though most teams approached this from a political standpoint (duh, obviously!), our team took a unique approach to the concept of tension.
We're used Flow.xo and extensive user-testing to design a chat bot that helps people, who have little time left, come to terms with the fact that they're dying and to also help them prepare for their eventual death.
Sounds challenging? Yeah, we thought so too.
